The project consists of approximately 2.5 acres located at the southwest corner of Craig and Riley Streets in Las Vegas on which the borrower has built four single story homes, three of which are in contract or sold. The project was divided into two loans.

The project consists of approximately 5 gross acres located at the northwest corner of Alexander Road and Fort Apache Road in the northwestern part of Las Vegas on which the borrower developed 14 residential lots.

The project consists of approximately 40.42 gross acres located in Indian Springs, Nevada along the south side of US Highway 95. The property is across the highway from the Creech Air Force Base. Approximately 35 acres is zoned for industrial uses, the easternmost 5 acres is zoned R-3 (residential 18 dwelling units per gross acre.

The project consists of approximately 0.52 acres located in the northwest part of Las Vegas. The borrower has constructed a 3,550 square foot home with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a four-car garage, on a cul-de-sac. The home is currently listed for sale.
