Battle Born Capital was founded by a team of industry leaders with extensive knowledge of the Southern Nevada trust-deed investing landscape. Our principals bring over four decades of combined experience from the real estate, legal, accounting, and mortgage lending industries.
With over $3.2 billion in loans brokered in Southern Nevada, our team expertly navigates the local real estate market’s complexities. Jeff Guinn
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Jeff, a long-time Nevadan, is a pioneer in the hard money lending industry in Nevada. He previously grew Aspen Financial to one of the largest hard money lending companies in the state, earning high marks from the Nevada Mortgage Lending Division. Jeff aims to build Battle Born Capital into the most trustworthy hard money lender in Nevada.
Robert J. Ferra
PRESIDENT
Bob brings 26 years of banking experience and 14 years in private money lending to Battle Born Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University and a Professional Management Certificate from USC. Bob’s extensive experience in private banking, business banking, and special asset management strengthens our leadership team.
Austin Guinn
VICE PRESIDENT
Austin oversees borrower and investor relations. With a degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Austin is passionate about Southern Nevada’s real estate market and committed to providing superior service to his clients.
Stacie Geisendorf
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Stacie Geisendorf serves as the Vice President of Operations at Battle Born Capital, LLC, bringing over 35 years of extensive experience in the private money lending industry. Her career began as a loan processor, and she has since excelled in every aspect of mortgage lending, including origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and funding. Since joining Battle Born Capital three years ago, Stacie has leveraged her deep expertise in mortgage operations management and compliance to significantly enhance the company’s operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
A long-time resident of Las Vegas for 43 years, Stacie attended Bishop Gorman High School and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is dedicated to her family, being married and the proud mother of one son.
