Battle Born Capital aims to generate consistent returns for our investors year after year. We were founded with the goal of becoming one of Southern Nevada’s leading private lenders. We are built from a foundation and proud legacy of decades of successfully providing asset-based (“Hard Money”) loans to our clients.
Battle Born Capital specializes in private lending secured by real estate, also known as trust deed investing. We are licensed in, and conduct our business in, the state of Nevada, where we broker high-quality, short-term real estate loans for our investors, secured by trust deeds. We strive to minimize risk, protect principal, and generate strong returns and cash flow for our investors.
Battle Born Capital has built a full-service lending and loan servicing business to ensure an effective, efficient and secure environment for our clients. In our lending business, we provide outstanding customer service to our borrowers — primarily, private real estate developers focused on commercial and single-family projects in Southern Nevada.
