Projects Funded in Storey County, NV (Tahoe Reno Industrial Center)

Battle Born Capital funded three loans with Venice and Denmark No.1 LLC at 1100 Venice Drive, McCarran, Storey County, Nevada 89432. The entire project is a 12-acre mixed use site located in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (“TRIC”). TRIC is a remarkable, massive 107,000-acre industrial complex located in Storey County, Nevada approximately nine miles east of Reno-Sparks area on the 1-80 freeway.

The subject 12 acres site is proposed to be subdivided into three super pad sites to be developed with a 165-room extended stay corporate hotel, a 13,600 sq ft daycare facility, a build-to-suit restaurant/commercial super pad and a mixed-use retail/restaurant center. The project sits at the corner of Venice Drive and Denmark Drive within the 160-acres of Emerald City Town Center. The Emerald City Town Center will feature a man-made lake that will have lakeside restaurants, hotels and other businesses needed to service the world’s largest industrial park.
