First Deed of Trust on a 5-acre site (3.71 net acres), zoned IL (Limited Industry), located at the northwest corner of Via Inspirada and Larson Lane in the city of Henderson, Nevada. This loan will provide funds for the development of the 5-acre land parcel. 

The entire project is planned for three buildings totaling 109,768 square feet of building area that will consist of 29 flex warehouse condominium units, which include units ranging from 1,849 to 3,979 square feet. Each of the units will have a mezzanine and metal staircase, a private restroom, an instant water heater, an automatic roll-up door, split-face block exteriors and HVAC in the entirety of the space.
