First Deed of Trust on approximately 0.78 acres of land at Commerce and Centennial in North Las Vegas, Nevada on which the Borrower is going to build 10 townhomes. Each townhome is 1,975 square feet with four bedrooms, and two and a half baths.

The site of the townhomes to be constructed are located within the gated townhome community of Senna, also known as Commerce & Centennial subdivision.
