First Deed of Trust on a 49.64 acre site known as Pad 3 in the proposed WDA innovation Park, an industrial park in the Apex area in the City of North Las Vegas. The site is zoned M-2, General Industrial, and has a planned land use designation for Heavy Industrial in the North Las Vegas Land Use Plan. The proceeds of this loan will be used to develop the property into a finished building pad for a planned industrial building containing approximately 940,000 square feet.
