First Deed of Trust on 230.42 net acres of vacant land that is located at the southwest corner of Dayton Valley Road and Sutro Road in Dayton, Lyon County, Nevada 89403. Additionally there is an assignment of 717.66-acre feet of Municipal Water Rights. The subject property is planned for mixed-use development that will comprise of five (5) single-family residential villages (814 lots), Phase II of the motor coach resort and flex commercial/retail development.

Dayton Partners has already acquired 173.16 acres, all slated to be part of the masterplan community known as Legacy 49. The property is adjacent to the Dayton Valley Golf Course and Country Club, an Arnold Palmer designed championship 18-hole course, next to the master planned community known as The Lakes.
