As Jim Collins points out in the business classic, “Good To Great,” the first exercise in building any great company is getting the right people on the bus.  When our founders and owners sat down to map out our vision and mission, and more importantly, what it would take to realize that vision and mission, we came to believe we had the right ingredients to build a better hard money lender to serve the needs of the Nevada marketplace.

By partnering with Software industry leader The Mortgage Office and our own proprietary Investor Portal we have built a lean, secure online repository unparalleled by any Trust Deed Investment broker in Nevada.  We have also incorporated Docusign into all of our Battle Born investment documentation, greatly streamlining the paperwork of Trust Deed Investing.
